Why We Like The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 Running Shoe
For double-digit road miles, we lace into the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 Running Shoe. Equipped with the DNA Loft v2 foam, this shoe gives us lasting shock absorption and bounce without weighing us down. The 3D Fit Print upper keeps our foot locked over the plush platform and lets the wind blow through freely, while the GuideRails tech ensures our foot doesn't roll too much inward or outward through our stride, keeping our joints happy from first mile to last.

Love these shoes!
My feet were killing me in my old shoes, once I started wearing the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 it was night and day difference!

A few less expensive modifications compromises customer experience.
Once again the laces are not what one expects for a sneaker at this price point. While the laces aren’t as short as they were in some previous editions this year they are fully synthetic and do not stay tied unless you want to doable knot like a toddler. The insole is also curious in the 2023 edition as a ball of synthetic keeps forming in the frontal shoe at the frontal position where the ball of the foot meets the arch. I do not wear synthetic socks nor have I ever so this is annoying and I’m not sure it it was another materials change to save a little bit of money whilst ignoring the customer experience.

I’m happy
I like them very much. The only preference I have is that they were just a little bit more firm in the arch because I have flat feet. I use them to walk on the trail and so far they’re great.

A lot to like about this shoe
I really like this shoe. There was no break in time needed. I went straight for a run after pulling them out of the box. Very comfortable and I love the look. Only critic is maybe a tad more cushion under the ball of the foot. Wide shoes are usually offered only in the ugliest color option, but not this shoe. Love finding a shoe available in wide that is pretty, thank you Brooks! Please make this exact shoe in a trail running model!

New favorite shoes
My new favorite shoes! I work as a nurse so I’m on my feet all day and these shoes last all day with me! There’s a small amount of support, which I like and the shoe is still very comfortable. I’ve been wearing them for a few weeks now and don’t have any foot pain after a long day of wearing them. I don’t know why I didn’t buy these sooner!

Low top for instep and not supportive
I have higher instep, this model top is low, hence feel uncomfortable and returned, also feel not particular supportive from soles. But I have confidence in Brooks brand, so bought model Ghost 15 Wide that fits perfectly and very comfortable and supportive.

Brooks please #bringbackthestats to parkrun uk
Brooks please #bringbackthestats to parkrun UK. Used to love Brooks, but this will be my last pair given the exclusion of faster runners, those competing against themselves, or those who've long enjoyed parkrun stats. #bringbackthestats because parkrun should be for everyone
