I've only used them for four rides, but each was a longer/more climbing ride than normal, including VT Monster Gravel. Never a pinching or bunching that I had to fix. Extremely comfortable for all day bouncing around in the saddle. This is my first pair of Assos. Ordered direct from Assos (nice Amex $50 off $200 offer + 10% first order sweetened the deal) and kind of glad I did as it suggested a size small instead of my usual medium, which wound up being the right size. Straps were comfortable enough that I didn't notice them. Side pockets were useful for a couple of gel packets or waffles each side. They still look streamlined and held contents in place. The only knock I could say is that the interior flap to the pocket is pretty deep and makes it a touch difficult to pull out of pocket, but probably there to hold stuff securely. Also, when putting on, I would avoid tugging at the sides to pull up the bibs. If these last (and I expect they will), they will be a great investment in comfort and performance. For reference, my legs run a little longer in proportion than my chest.
