Slow flow
Filters super slow right out of the box, and has not improved over the 2 weeks I've been stuck with it, despite countless attempts to backflush.

More like 3l per hour
Bought brand new. Went back country for 7 days. Thanks for letting me down. Spent an ENTIRE HOUR trying to fill my gallon reservoir from a clear water creek!

Microfilter system
This thing is awesome. I used it archery hunting and it filters fast. There was other people filtering the same time as me and I filtered mine and my friends bladder before anyone was done. I used it all week and had no issues. Easy to clean and maintain. Took up no room in my bag. Was able to fill my bladder and drink water on the spot. Highly recommend this product.

Great filter until it failed the integrity-check
I purchased this filter on 5/30/22 … I used it on 10 backpacking trips and it worked great. Following each trip, I followed Platypus’ directions on cleaning, properly storing and performing the integrity-check. However, after this last backpacking trip, I did all 3 steps again and the filter did NOT pass the integrity-check. There was a solid stream of bubbles from multiple spots in the filter filaments. I have been extremely careful as to NOT dropped this filter and have never had it be used in the field in below-freezing conditions, nor have I ever stored it in below-freezing conditions. Therefore, with the filaments compromised, I can no longer use this filter. Before failing its integrity-check, I LOVED this filter and really had a good experience. The only reason it is receiving anything less than 5-stars is for the sheer fact that it is not a durable filter.

Best flow, or worst?
We bought it because we tought it had the best flow. But there's barely any water coming out of it....very disappointed...

Just a Trickle
Took over 20 minutes to filter a liter of water prior to my hike in order to wet the filter as instructed. Did the same in the backcountry which was very frustrating. Fortunately a hiking partner had another brand of filter which I borrowed. Given all of the positive reviews, I wonder if there is a manufacturing inconsistency.

Continues to work great but had to use an old O ring.
This is my second Quattro filter, both work great except this one had a bad O-ring. Not really a big deal just pulled a ring out of my old one.

Low flow.
Low flow. I have read some questions about low flow. I have put my filter in water overnight but I still have low flow. I have to push hard to get the water out. If I don't press it, water drips out the filter. Then the filter is not clogged. I might be able to get 0.5 liters out in a minute. How do I get better flow??

not worth it
Bought this to take along a 300 mile section hike of the arizona trail. It worked as intended for the first day, but over the following days the flow reduced to a mere trickle. The water sources were not silty or muddy, mostly clear and clean and I slept with the filter inside my sleeping bag as to keep it from freezing overnight. I tried to back flush it many times and still couldn't get the flow rate back. I ended up leaving it in a Tucson hotel trash can and opted for a sawyer squeeze.

Almost no flow
Bought 2. Neither flows. Takes tremendous effort to force tap water through either one. Filter 1 L at home to prime? Good luck! I had one a couple of years ago that flowed great. But not these 2 new ones. A great filter when it works, but buy yours from somewhere you can return it and try again if necessary.
