The Best chair,
This is by far the most comfortable back country chair I have ever had the opportunity to use. The recline feature is fantastic and really feels good on my back after a long day. You can't bet the Value for the weight.

Solid chair
I have this chair which I got in the antler color. Been really happy with it. I have a competitors chair also in an ultralight. The elite wasn't available when I got mine, but during the summer this rides in the truck as a cookout/campfire chair. I've had it for at least a year and it's a solid chair. You do sit close to the ground but that's the kind of chair this is, I don't have any complaints about that. It's sturdy overall and I really like how you can adjust the back lean with the side straps, that's a huge plus that this chair has that others dont. The legs are solid and the chair has been durable overall. You also can get this chair back in the carrying case without too much effort. Actually got 2 of them blue and antler, and the antler one has a little hanging pocket that my phone fits in. The feet have large rubber nubs that help keep you from sinking into the ground, a feature you pay extra for on other chairs, and that you loose(I would know). The only negative is, if you're in a puffy sometimes I'll slide to the very edge and need to sit back up to avoid sliding out of my chair. It is a little pricey but nemo makes high quality durable items and stands by them so that helps justify the price.

Awesome chair!
I never bring chairs backpacking but this time I had the space and man it was honestly worth it, I love it’s reclining feature and how light and packable the product is!!

Great lightweight chair!
This is a great chair. It’s lighter than the origina and just about as comfortable. I prefer the adjustment straps on the original but I get that the cord system saves weight. Also the storage wrap doubling as a footprint is a huge bonus. I often use these chairs canoe camping and many campsite are on sandy beaches where naked chair legs are almost unusable.

Great all-around chair
I bought these chairs last spring to put in my custom Chevy Blazer pop up camper. Space is pretty tight! I picked these chairs because they fit perfectly in an odd-shaped cubby behind the passenger seat, but now that I have them, I realized they have so many more uses! In addition to using them for Al fresco dining while out with the Blazer, we have taken them on family picnics with my sister and her preschoolers, to the neighbors place for evening bonfires, and used them for extra seating when it's our turn to host movie night. They are light enough for backpacking, but still feel sturdy enough that my 62 year old husband (5'10", 180 lbs) feels stable enough to relax in, which is not the case with any of the lighter weight options. Set up is super easy, once you learn to pay attention to which way is up, and it only takes a few seconds. It hits the sweet spot between weight/packability and comfort/stability.

Your bum and back will thank you!
I started with Ozark trail chairs which weigh 1.7lb without the case and 2.2lb with it. Can't complain for $20. Got a hunting chair which is a little stouter at 3lb and then some cascade chairs which are high back to keep in the truck. It was time to get a light weight chair to see if I can get my backpacking setup any lighter. I grew up backpacking with 100lb and was never a weight weanie... as an adult carrying extra gear for others I'm usually around 60lb. But I've wanted to cut weight further and get under 50lb. These are fantastic. The case being a shelf and keeping the chair from digging into the sand is a huge plus. I wouldn't have lost a foot on another chair at the beach in Yosemite if it had this feature. If I were to be extra picky the transition where the material goes into the plastic swivel blocks is less comfortable than heavier chairs for my body. That is par for course with thinner material. The features of reclining, the shelf, and most importantly the weight outshine anything else out there. Mine was just about 1lb so it's half the weight of my prior lightest chair. Great job Nemo.

Great for short hike-ins!
Whether you're car camping or hiking in, this chair is a must have for convenience and packability. Although, it might not be the best option for thru hikes.. it's great for short hikes and adds comfortability to your camp. I was skeptical of how comfortable it would be compared to the larger Stargaze, but this chair delivers and has the option to recline slightly. Either way it's better than sitting on a wet log.

Great chair
I bought the original moonlite 2-3 years ago add have used it on backpacking and hunting trips since. It’s been in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and even used on picnics here at home. It’s not as light as some of the competitors out there but I think it’s more comfortable and the extra weight adds a sense of structural integrity not found in lighter offerings. I can’t recommend this little chair enough!

Versatile Camping Chair!
I recently bought this for a camping trip that I had to fly too. It fit in my luggage with all of my other camping gear with room to spare. The setup is a breeze and breakdown is even easier. The first night we got rained on and to my surprise the chair dried very quickly with little sun support! It kept me comfy for two nights and was definitely a conversation starter around the campfire… everyone wanted to talk about it! I’m looking forward to my next trip now to get to use this chair again!
