Big Fan, could use some small tweaks
I was very divided between the Alpa and this pack for a weekend travel and daily work commute by bike pack. I ended up going with the inca mainly because of the suspension system-- it has a proper padded hip belt (with little snack stasher pockets!), highly adjustable shoulder straps (with semi functional load lifters), decent padding on the back, and a slightly rigid frame to keep it from slumping. I recently took it on a trip and was able to fit a week's worth of clothing and toiletries as well as some snacks, books, my laptop, and chargers and headphones and such. It still fit under the seat on the airplane. The suspension system and rigid frame makes it great for long hauls around the airport or a new city. I may even use it for a short, slack-pack backpacking trip (the suspension system is comfy, but it's not osprey level brilliant). My only complaints are the water bottle pockets are not deep enough or elastic enough, so water bottles are not very secure on the sides; and the pack could use a little elasticity or extra fabric on the sides between the layered compartments so that each compartment has a little more flex for accessibility when they are packed full. Currently, they are stitched pretty tightly, and it can be challenging to push items (or your hands) down to the bottom of the pack. All in all, the pack is pretty great and could only use a few slight improvements. I highly recommend.

I love the Inca!
I ordered three of these and kept two because I couldn’t decide which colors I loved more. This backpack is my daily go to. I love all the pockets and having a separate pocket for my iPad and MacBook Air. I do wish it was a little shorter as I have a shorter frame. I hear the bag is being discontinued but hoping for just an updated design. I’m looking forward to hitting the trails with it soon.

Colorful and sustainable!
I chose the surprise me option and was so pleased with the color combo. It’s fun but also so practical. So many pockets and a lot of room.

I traveled from Colombia to the US just to get it!
Yes, as you read it, I traveled from my home country, Colombia in South America, with the idea to buy 2 backpacks, this and a larger 60L one for my hikes. I can't describe how badly I wanted a bright Cotopaxi backpack, which aren't easily available in my country, if at all! It's Worth every dollar!!! I can't seem to go on enough hikes to be able to use it more, hahaha. First if all, it's truly beautiful and outstanding, I love it and so does every person I come across. The color pattern does not repeat, each one you get has a variation, meaning you can choose according to you color preference. It's super comfortable, The size works perfectly for same day hikes. I'm able to include a change of clothes with shoes, snacks, water, water bag, lamp, outdoor gear, accessories, etc, without a problem and I'm sure I could fit more! Please make sure you get yours!

backpack feedback
Love the way it looks but am not completely content with the functionality, i know i have taken this sort of travel backpack for daily use, it's not an ideal scenario but the following are my areas of improvement, 1) I have a 15Inch gaming laptop which doesn't fit into laptop section 2) i think the base of the backpack can also have more protection/layers/thick fabric and i think the current one with regular use, it will wear off. 3) the side pockets have little open cuts on the base, from where i feel something may fall, i know these cuts are intentional but to my need they are unfunctional. thats my few thoughts, There are other 100 things that i like and love about this backpack and that's why i use it and I like to flaunt it. Love from- India
