Not as good as Original Teva sandals from the 80's..90's.
These shoes, though comfortable and lightweight, are not like my old Teva's that lasted for 15 years. The sole of these shoes have no distinctive tread, and I wouldn't trust them on slippery bouldering in a creek or river. The straps are very thin,not like the heavy duty material of the original river sandals. I understand that TEVA has been bought out by Decker Shoes,and it seems like these shoes, though sold under the Teva brand, may be knock offs.

Comfy & stylish
I've been searching for a pair of sandals that is durable, comfy without compromising on aesthetics & this universal trail checked off all the boxes!! I wasn't sure if I had to "break it in" but to my suprise it was ready to go. Wish they came in more colors.

Great sandal
Great all around sandal that's comfortable to walk in. I've been on some longer hilly walks and that were great. No blisters or discomfort right out of the box.

Highly recommend
Love them so much! I was a lil thrown off on the color because they have pink accents which I'm not a fan of. I was expecting neutral sun and moon like just beige, tan and black but they have a pale pink and pink is not neutral for me...but overall the functionality of them is fantastic. I have no issues whosoever with them as a daily sandal. When they get dirty I just hose them off and hang to dry and they're good as new. I think they're very supportive sandals, even when wet.

Yes I would buy these shoes again.
I bought my first pair locally, so I knew what size to order. I like that both straps are adjustable, as my feet swell as the day progresses and I can loosen them as needed.

Comfortable for all day
Bought these for a trip to Portugal. Wore them 12+ hours for multiple days and they were perfect. Cobblestone streets, sand, rain, hills--so many hills. I was so impressed and pleasantly surprised with how comfortable they were. Highly recommend. I'm typically a size 8 and ordered a size 8 and it fits great. I don't typically wear a wide width, but my foot is a bit wider and these worked great.

Finally found vibram hiking sandals!
While I prefer the Chao strap design, I am really happy to find a hiking sandal with vibram, good cushioning, arch support. However, the velcro strap came apart pretty immediately when I wore them while swimming in New River Gorge.

Great comfort, stability, with no cutting into my foot!
I tried several styles of the Tevas determined to find a scandal style that met my needs of comfort. I must admit, I have very picky feet, the nylon straps kept cutting into my baby toe no matter what adjustments I made. I wanted to one of the cool kids that hikes around in their Tevas looking foot loose and fancy free, not like an old grandma with tons of padding and huge soles. I found them!!! This style is not bulky, yet it has the padding I needed so my tootsies were comfortable and stable. They look better on than in the photos. I love them al the way around.

I wish I would have had these years ago!
These sandals are amazing. I have a wide foot and they fit great. I have never had any issues with getting used to them. From day one they have been comfortable. They are worth every penny.
