Perfect!
The Men's Summit Grid pullover is everything I expected based on years of experience with Mtn. Hardware clothing and gear. Well made, fits great, looks great and feels great. Warm while working well to relate overall temperature.

Great Grid Fleece
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:
- Medium
I love this piece of gear. Great for those cool nights after reaching camp or mornings packing up. This is great for summer at 10k or winter with a jacket. Thickness is a little more than popular grids, but if I want lighter, I go with a typical sun hoodie. Toasty!!!

Awful sizing on this item
Nice fabric but totally off on sizing. I usually think MH nails it on sizing but this is awful. I'm 6'0" and 165 lbs. The medium has sleeves that fit well and is a little boxy but not too baggy, however it's almost a crop top! The hem sits fully above the waistband of my pants. I tried a large too, the length is a little better but then it's super baggy, basically wearing a tent. Total miss on sizing this time!

I have the hooded version and this half zip. Like them. Slightly boxy cut.
Comfortable. Doesn't stink too quick like most polyester.

Comfortable and light.
Nice material, its warm and light. Im 6ft1 and slim. The large is a more casual fit. For less layering / more performance fit the medium would be perfect.

Warm mid-layer.
I bought this for my 18 year old son for hiking. He loves it! It fits well and works great as a mid-layer. He tends to run hot, so this often works as his main layer for warmth.

Ticks all my boxes
I got the Large (male, age 29, 6’2”, 225lbs, 38 wst and 44 hip) and have worked in the outdoor industry 10 years and finally found the perfect hiking fleece. The hoodie gets all the love, but I wanted a mid layer for wearing under a shell hiking that also serves as a clean looking town-day outer layer. I also usually wear a beanie so don’t need the hood. Sizing: the models they chose for photos make this fleece look rather billowy around the bottom, but for my body type (half athletic, half dad-bod), it drapes perfectly, has no extra space at the hips for warmth to escape, fits and feels like an extremely comfy, tailored sweater and the sleeves are the perfect length. The R1 seems to be the standard of comparison for this style of fleece, but I don’t enjoy the slim fit and I found the internal fleece backing to be too itchy for my arms, and it’s a pain to peel on and off if you’re wearing a shirt underneath. This sweater has no such problems, the fleece is less clingy and moves much more freely combined with other layers. Color: I got the copper clay and love it, looks somewhere between a dusty orange and coyote brown (pictures are true to color), a subtle pop of color next to my usual hiking trip grays and greens. Weight: mine weighs in at 11oz on my kitchen scale, will definitely make the line-up for my JMT hike next year. All in all, it’s light, breathable, not too technical looking, and COMFORTABLE. And at 2/3rd the price of the competition, it’s a no-brainer guys.
