Solid Choice
Great overall quality, bottle works nicely, I have noticed sometimes when I open it presure is built up inside causing water to flow up the straw and spill although it doesn't happen all that much. Would be nice to include a drink cartridge option to replace the charcoal filter with when using known safe water.

ESSENTIAL !
Love this filter on-the go concept! I really dislike drinking from fountains, airports and of course travelling. This neutralizes the water, no weird taste & light cute look.

In love
I love the design and color, the filter works good, I have tried it with water from rivers. I love the bottle Because of the pressure when driving sometimes when I open it the water comes out super fast without drinking

Lost our favorite bottle
We bought the Life Straws for a trip where we were advised to drink only bottled water. At first, since they are expensive, we reconsidered our purchase wondering if we’d ever use those bottles again with our normal hiking, biking, skiing activities. It took a bit to get used to the draw needed to get water since we are so accustomed to using water bottles without straws. We soon learned the value of the LifeStraw bottles and the reassurance we had drinking water from the airports and hotels. And, we reduced our impact on the environment by using our own bottle instead of multiple plastic bottles daily. We now recommend the LifeStraw bottle to friends even though we accidentally left ours sitting on a hotel check-in counter in Thailand.

Glad I bought it
Other than the large size (won't fit in purse/backpacket pocket), which I'm sure in time will come in handy, I'm glad I bought it.

Buy extra carbon filters and backwash with lid cracked after every drink.
I actually use a zero water filter and this bottle, upgraded(or so I thought) from a standard stainless bottle. One thing I’ve noticed is that after every drink you need to crack the lid and blow into the life straw or the carbon filter will start to stink and taste bad.. a little higher maintenance than expected but I guess it’s still pretty ok.

Great for on the go!
It’s a great way to start drinking more water and a gateway to eventually buying the more expensive home-water filters. Only downside is that it will overflow sometimes. Other than that, a great product.

I love having built-in filter but find it often hard to get water to flow sufficiently when drinking.
