Backcountry messed up
I was so excited when I ordered this and then when my package arrived it wasn’t the item I ordered (men’s shorts arrived). Unfortunately I had an awful experience with backcountry customer service when the color/size I had ordered was no longer available. Amazingly, this was not the first time I’ve received incorrect items in my order. I’m super disappointed in backcountry and will hesitate to order from them in the future.
