Awesome shoe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful shoe that is comfortable to wear. Good cushion and fits just right

Truly waterproof!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was searching for a lightweight shoe that would actually keep my feet dry. These shoes were better than expected, and were comfy even during the first wear! I did buy my regular size in wide even though I usually dont wear wide fit, but the fit is perfect for thicker socks.

Gorgeous but narrowish

So comfy and super cute! Bit narrow for a wide fit though. I wish they were a touch wider especially on my toes. Bought an 11 could size up half a size but I think if I break them in they'll be fine

NOT WATERPROOF, NOT DURABLE

I am so disappointed - I thought I found the perfect shoe: lightweight, waterproof, wide-width. Unfortunately 1. These shoes are not waterproof - my foot/sock got soaked on a shallow creek crossing which resulted in a terrible blister. 2. These shoes are not durable - the thread from the bottom is worn off and falling off after a first rugged hike (after 6mo of occasional short hikes on flat trail)

0% Waterproof

I have been a long time Columbia shoe buyer - winter boots, hiking, trail runners, and casual sneakers. I was ready for a new pair of waterproof hiking boots and purchased these in an 8W. For a wide they are really not roomy as others have commented, but I only have a slightly wide foot so they are doable (but not great). My biggest complaint is, I don't know what environment these were tested in for waterproofing, but it was not one that contained water. Walk for 2 minutes through dewy grass and your feet will be soaked. I even waterproofed them in an attempt to make these work - I think they lasted about 5 minutes. Not the quality I would expect from Columbia, now I just suffer on shorter walks with soaking wet shoes (think: you hear the water squishing each step) and deal with the swampy stink later.

They fell apart after 3 hikes

I love Columbia... However, toe box is small. The tred came off after three hikes. Sole is falling apart. Very waterproof but they won't do ya any good on a trail that's not walking through town unfortunately.

Love these!

These are the first hiking boots I have bought. I was nervous to get a pair since I normally hike in tennis shoes, but decided I need more grip and ankle support to do tougher trails. These are the perfect hiking shoes for me because they are comfortable like tennis shoes. I hiked Seneca Rocks in WV (up 1,000 feet) and they were great. It rained the last 15 minutes and I stayed completely dry. I ordered .5 size up and they fit well.

Terrible fit (wide)

Wow this fit is laughable. I purchased the 9W and immediately knew these were going to be returned due to poor fit, poor sizing and absolutely not wide at all in width or instep. I compared to my Hoka shoes that are also 9W and there is just no way the Columbia pair is wide, let alone a size 9.

Beautiful boot, but runs small

I bought this boot, tried it on w/ no sock, and it still felt tight. I am an 8.5 dealing w/ some foot problems, and these look so cozy. They do not have much cushion in the sole, and I got Wides, they did not feel wide at all - my pinky was rubbing against the side, and I didn't even have a sock on. The material and quality seems nice, but it fit small and no coziness to it.

Great shoes

True to size. Could be wider? Yes, but still comfortable!
