Use shoe for walking. Have foot issues, i.e., arthritis, neuropathy, plantar fasciitis. Most comfortably shoe I could find.

I have worn Ghosts for years. For both running and walking, they have saved my lower extremities. I wouldn’t buy another exercise shoe.

Size was a perfect fit. Feels like walking on a cloud, could walk for hours wearing the Ghost max.

Big Ghost Max Guy

Have been a Ghost fan the past few years. Never had problems per se but wanted to try the extra cushion as I moved to a hilly area and am getting back into running again. The Ghost Max has been a great experience. Ankle is supported well despite added height. No knee aches and pains with starting back up. Only put about 20 miles on so far but holding up well and will be my new running favorite!

This shoe is a game changer!!
