Why We Like The Rally XC Upgrade Pedal

Passing the competition means training harder, and the Garmin Rally XC Upgrade Pedal has us going harder for longer during interval efforts. Turning our single-sided Rally pedal into a dual system, this upgrade pedal pairs with the master to give us accurate readings on left and right leg efforts. Being able to see power numbers directly from the pedals changes the game, giving the ability to utilize every bike as a precise training tool.

It works, should have gone dual first

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Gives a significant amount more data like PCO, more dynamics. Initial setup was odd since you have to run through the pairing procedure. Then there were some battery issues as the one it shipped with seemed DOA. Even when replaced my Garmin Edge 1040 was finicky about pairing. Would recommend starting off the bat with new batteries in each pedal.
