Soft but tight
It’s a very comfortable show, my only complaint is that I should have ordered a half size bigger than my normal show. It’s a little tight

Cut out the strobel and everything gets better
Comfy. Plush. Foam is very soft. Strobel mutes this but I cut it out and now it’s as soft as zoom x foam.

Too narrow for wide feet
Ordered the wide, they are not wide. That is my review. Will be selling them and ultimately losing money but I won't buy new balance again so I guess it's a life lesson.

I like the How soft the soles are.
I usually buy Hoka Bondi shoes, which usually have a pretty soft sole. The NB are much softer than the Hokas. I Still like having a pair of Hokas.
