Even better than before

Feel like these are better than before. They squeeze harder than my old set. Throw in the battery power and they are significantly improved. Although I would like a definitive left and right leg.

So far so good

I bought the system for recovery getting ready for a big race . and so far it’s great . i personally have no issue with the pressures and can’t imagine needing more ( i guess if you have really skinny legs ) i have used it almost every day now for 10 days and its relaxing and seems to help with recovering into the next days training. and i think my sleep is improving .

Great for all kinds of reasons

I bought these mostly for run recovery, but they really are a jack-of-all-trades. I work on my feet outside seasonally for our local soccer club, so after a morning run and an afternoon of hard work, I throw these on and my legs feel SO much better and refreshed. I had been wanting a pair of these for a very long time, and when I heard they were eligible with my HSA, I didn’t hesitate anymore. These are worth every single penny.

A must recovery tool

I've loved adding the Normatec to my recovery routine. I was experiencing a fair bit of runners knee and these have helped to loosen my IT bands and hamstrings.

Normatec 3 leg system is great. I use them after training, and long days on my feet at work. After use my legs feel great and the next day even better. The operating system is very easy to use, and the app is easy to pick and choose what type of recovery I want to do. I would recommend this product to anyone how exercises, or someone who is on your feet all day for work. An overall great product.

Helps Recover Insanely Quick

I just finished my first-ever trail marathon: Bataan Death March. Afterward, I was so sore it was not even funny. My knee was having lateral problems; making it hard to walk. However, I used the leg compressors as soon as possible, and did so every day afterward; now I am completely healed after 1 week. The knee pain went away; got back to running within 5 days; now I am back to normal.

Easy to use and effective

This is a great product for recovery after hard efforts and big days on the trail. I definitely feel like this Normatec system helps to take a day or two off of muscle recovery and reduces soreness. The battery lasts for a few 45-minute sessions and recharges quickly.
