I finally had to order this jacket and lose all hope in the jacket I actually wanted. The other jacket I wanted, I had to send back THREE times. The first time they sent me a jacket with a rip in it. The second time they sent me the wrong jacket. The third time they sent me back the same jacket with the exact same tip in it. The rip was in the exact same place with the exact same rip. All customer service could say was it wasn’t their fault. Well, it wasn’t mine either. But THREE times. And their compensation offer was pitiful. Do not order from them. They send you damaged items.
