Comfortable and keeps me warm!
This sleeping pad has been amazing so far. After dealing with an old no name brand pad that deflated in my sleep constantly and didn’t help me during the cold months this is such a luxury. As a side sleep though it is tough for me to have it comfortable while also not having my hip slightly touch the ground.

Extreme R-Value!
I am a cold sleeper, but love to backpack in the shoulder season. I got this sleeping pad to sleep in temps around 20 degrees Fahrenheit and it is awesome. I can definitely tell the difference between this and my old sleeping pad; this is much much more comfortable for me. I probably could have gotten away with the All-Season pad for my majority use case, but I really like being warm when I sleep and wanted the extra versatility of the Extreme Conditions for a weight cost of 3 oz. I would definitely recommend this sleeping pad for anyone sleeping in cool to cold temperatures.

Covering all my bases
This was my introduction to Nemo, and I have now picked up a summer pad and a new tent! After freezing in Havasu Falls late last November with a pad that advertised a much higher R value than it actually had, I opted for the Nemo Tensor Extreme for my early spring trips. I used the pad for 6 weeks straight in February and March, surviving the "big 5" in Utah, a Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim in the Grand Canyon, a return trip to Havasu, and multiple nights in Guadalupe National Park with a few stops in between. It covered everything from nights in the low teens to mid-60s, keeping me perfectly warm and comfortable across the trip. I did adjust between a bag and quilt based on the air temp in each area. The pad absolutely held up to everything thrown at it and kept me more than warm! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable, warm pad for their adventures.

Comfy and Fuctional
I bought this for winter camping at 10k. I used this and the switchback with a 20 degree quilt. I slept like a rock! comfy and warm. I plan on getting another one soon for my partner. It's the perfect pad for cold weather camping.

Great in cold and warm temperatures
I got this pad when it came out and have used it snow caving in minus ten degrees and I’ve used it in the middle of summer in Moab in 70 degree weather and I was not to hot or cold, it is super comfortable and perfect for backpacking and I love that when you lay on it you can instantly feel your body reflecting back to you.

Perfect warmth for the size
I use this sleeping pad all winter. It’s perfect on the coldest of winter months or even those hikes in summer where the temps drop on top of a mountain. Fits perfect inside my Hornet OSMO Ultralight Backpacking 2-Person tent.

Warm in cold, cold temps
I bought this mat for guiding winter expeditions and I slept warm and comfortable in temperatures ranging from -20 to -35 Celcius. No issues or complaints about warmth - also very quiet to sleep on, as advertised. I usually sleep on the Quasar 3D and that is still my favourite mat. I wish this mat had the same cradling effect as my Quasar because I find it more comfortable to sleep on as a side sleeper, but I would recommend this mat 100% to anyone looking for quiet, warm and lightweight sleeping gear.

Incredible warmth for the weight
Not sure how Nemo packed in such a high R value for the weight but I’m here for it! This thing has been plenty warm so far on trips, haven’t pushed it in super cold temps yet, but seems absolutely up to the task. Comfortable as ever, and I’m a side sleeper and super picky about my pads. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and warm, my now go to for camping
I got this to go backpacking this winter and it performed flawlessly. It wasn't too loud, it was warm and comfortable in 10F on snow. I paired it with a 10F quilt and nemo fillo king pillow. The pillow moved around a little bit, but solved that with a homemade strap to keep it on the pad.

Is the tensor alpine ultralight the same pad as the longbow alpine offered at First Lite? Other than the color they appear to be the same.

I'm about 5'10. Should I go for the long version? It looks like I'll fit the regular mummy, but it may be a bit close.

I usually camp during winter without a tent. Is the material tough enough to withstand sleeping with fir branches on the ground or should I put the mat on the snow directly?

Are there any plans to make mummy shaped versions of the pads in the Tensor lineup (both Alpine and/or Tensor Insulated)? Without the mummy shape, I can't nest 2 pads in my tent.

I was wondering if you will change anything on the Design or the Material? The little Store here in Germany told me that the mat is sold out for the year and that he can order agian in December.

Hi! Is Nemo expecting to make a Wide/Regular in this sleeping pad soon? I want the wide one, but it's too long for my tent!
