Moabs Will Hike!
These are my second pair of Moab waterproof hiking shoes. I loved the first ones so much I bought another pair. I have hiking trips planned for The Olympic National Park and the North rim of the Grand Canyon this fall. So I wore them recently at Pattison State Park in WI and Gooseberry Falls in MN to get them broken in. I am excited to spend many , many miles hiking in these new Moabs!

Great hiking shoes!
Bought matching pairs for my husband and I to hike the Grand Canyon. So comfortable we wore them everywhere.

Comfort
Daily go tos. Walk the dog twice a day. Early in the morning when the grass is wet I need the waterproof. I have orthotics and the switch over is easy.

Waterproof doesn't last
Love the soles for getting through the woods for turkey season when insulated is too much. But these just don't do waterproofing. I've had 3 pair now, and the last pair I got didn't hold up to wet grass only on 2 trips out. Toes leak on them almost immediately. I'd like to see them in leather. Most leather waterproof hold up, but not these. No fake leather either, that breaks. Soles good for traction, comfortable, but I give a minus 5 stars for waterproof.

Comfy and rugged
Comfortable from the get-go and still rugged, these shoes have proven their worth while walking the dog over all kinds of terrain.

Hard shoe
High quality with soles that are built to last but, rock hard on the bottom of my feet needs some cushion. Otherwise it like walking on cement barefoot all day!

Hiking high and dry
I've been wearing Moab 3 for years and my brand new pair this year did not disappoint! I was safe comfortable and dry during my early spring hikes in the Hudson Valley of NY state

Be careful with the different shoe supports
The support of this shoe is not as comfortable to my foot as is the Target II shoe. I’m not sure what the difference is, but I’ve developed plantar fasciitis since I began to walk in this shoe daily.
