Why We Like The HOKA Gaviota 5 Shoe
Stable and stiff used to go hand-in-hand but HOKA's Gaviota 5 Shoe is changing the game. The updated H-Frame technology allows the use of plush foam to keep our foot from rolling too much inward or outward without forcing an unnatural gait. This reimagined stabilization keeps the ride light, plush, and agile, while the Early-Stage Meta Rocker keeps us sailing into quick transitions.

Never, would I buy this product online again
I ordered the Hokas online. I had options of normal width and wide width. I chose wide. The product arrived and the size was 10 DOUBLE E. I was never expecting this wide.

Best shoe ever!
I've got very a high arch, coupled with a Morton's neuroma. This shoe has largely relieved the pain and allows me normal mobility. Amazing!

Walking on Cushions
Overpriced - Poor arch support - Walking on cushions, okay for walking but I would not do any distance running these.- I would not buy again.

Not happy with "improvements" made to the shoe
I've been wearing hokas since the Garivota 2's every model I've bought multiple pairs of. This model i can't. The toe box is wider and fine, the mid foot however is tighter. I wear wides, I started to get terrible mid foot pain that I decided for the 1st time ever to cut the elastic strap in the tongue. It helped with the tightness, but now my foot slides, and the tongue is designed at a odd angle. Luckily I have a pair of the garavoita 4's that are practically new. I've tried to go back to the 5's several times, but can't. I did wear them for almost 2months initially

More comfortable and stable than Reebok zigs
I have been using Reebok Zigs for basketball officiating for over 10 years and I'm glad I made the switch.

Love it!!
I was given a gift of a pair of the Gaviota 5 and really loved them so I bought a pair for my husband. He really likes the wider "platform" for stability and comfort. I'll be buying more and I have recommended them to many of my friends.

Like these shoes BUT
I do like these shoes, but I was surprised that they don't have 2 elastic straps on the tongue of the shoe, there is only 1, I wonder why they left one out, it is kinda difficult to get tucked under the opposite side of the shoe sometimes and it seems to keep moving as I walk. But length and width are good.
