Keeps you warm
Kept me warm in my last Colorado trip. Those cold first tracks runs were nice with this Balaclava worn under my helmet.

Balaclava is Awesome!
Purchased and used my new BlackStrap Balaclava on the mountain recently. I stayed warm and dry for the entire day. Kept the wild wind, and the gleaning sun off my face and neck perfectly. My kids will be receiving theirs next.

Works great, high quality
I use this for skiing. Over the last few years we’ve invested in Blackstrap for entire family, great long lasting products. I especially like the “hinged” face mask making it super easy to pull off face when needed. Can be tricky with foggles, but that’s just science. Highly recommend.

Bought it for Covid Mitigation
I bought this BS for covid mitigation and find it very comfortable. It’s easy to keep over my kids’ nose (yes, they wear adult ones. Large heads) and they haven’t complained once about the cold.

Happy Face
Perfect for skiing! I also have a light weight one, but prefer the warmth of the expedition weight. I can wear kids size & adult. It is easy move up to cover and down to breath & air out. I wash it by hand & dry flat. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. Keeps me warm even when its moist. Stays in place under my helmet. Love all the colors.

Best out there!
The only brand that I can wear over my nose and mouth that doesn’t cause my goggles to fog. Warm, and I love the hinged lower which allows to move the bottom into a position of comfort without messing up how it sits under your helmet.

Exceeds expectations! Great material that caresses my skin while staving off excessive moisture build up keeping me warm and dry! Fits snug and can either protect my whole face without compromising my breathing or sit down low enough to let me choke on mouthfuls of powder!!

Best Baklava I’ve ever owned
What a Perfect fit under my helmet for skiing! Bought four- all expedition hoods for my whole family. We all stayed much warmer skiing and we all love these! We will be ordering more. The only downside is that the mouth/nose area gets slightly wet from your breathe, but it does dry fairly quickly. We want another to change into half way thru the day though.

Stayed plenty warm for my first winter vacation!
The comfort and warmth of this product is top notch. I am from the south and went to Colorado for a first ever winter sports vacation. We were very concerned about staying warm and comfy. Not to worry, this balaclava kept us in the game all day without fail!! Looking forward to trying more gear from Blackstrap.
